  • Applicability and Agreement

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the terms below apply to all purchases made on with boxgift.com.sg. In case of any inconsistency with other documents, these terms will prevail. Variations are only valid if accepted in writing by boxgift.com.sg. 

  • Customer Service Policy

We promise to deliver the gifts. While we guarantee same-day delivery for orders placed before 6 pm, we are not liable for issues arising from recipient absence, incorrect address, or unavailability. For orchid gift boxes, stringent customs may affect delivery. If you encounter issues, contact us at support@boxgift.com.sg or (65) 8849 8011 and quote your order number. 

  • My Account & My Cart

Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders. 

Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your username and password. We’ll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store your recipients’ details, together with a log of orders previously placed. 

You can track your order with the latest information on delivery. You will see a ‘Track Order’ option on the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number & click on ‘Track Now’ to see the status of your order. 

  • How to place an order?

Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us. 

Online – Log on to www.boxgift.com.sg. 

You can call us at (65) 8849 8011 (09:00 AM-10:00 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will be more than happy to assist you in placing your order. 

You can mail us all the details at support@boxgift.com.sg and we can place an order for you. 

We would require the following information from you – 

  • Recipient’s name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact number of the recipient
  • Date of delivery
  • Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand 
  • Sender’s name 
  • Sender’s phone number 
  • Sender’s email ID 
  • Message from sender to recipient

  • Shipping & Delivery
    • Self-Collection: Available at Hougang Area and Ubi One Building.  
    • Delivery Fee below $300 order: $20.00 per every 2 items subject to prevailing GST within Singapore (excluding Sentosa and restricted areas). 
    • Normal Delivery Schedule: 9am – 1pm, 2pm – 6pm, and 7pm – 10pm 
    • Peak Season Delivery Schedule: 9am – 6pm and 7pm – 11pm.  
    • Same-Day Delivery Cutoff: Refer to product pages for specifics. 
    • Multiple Items to the Same Address: Contact us for further assistance. 

For specific locations like Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island, and Paya Lebar Quarter, additional arrangements are necessary. 

Marina Bay Sands: Delivery to Marina Bay Sands requires the recipient to submit the license plate of our goods delivery vehicle to the building management’s security office. Either the sender or the recipient needs to contact the security office directly to facilitate the necessary paperwork and clearance. If clearance issues lead to non-delivery, boxgift.com.sg will not be held any responsibilities. In the event of redelivery being required, an additional fee of $20 subject to prevailing GST will be charged to the sender. The time and date of redelivery will be subject to the availability of our drivers. 

Jurong Island: Deliveries to Jurong Island are subject to stringent security measures. If clearance issues result in non-delivery, boxgift.com.sg cannot be held any responsibilities. Should redelivery be necessary due to clearance issues, an additional fee of $20 subject to prevailing GST will be imposed. The scheduling of redelivery will depend on the availability of our drivers. 

Paya Lebar Quarter: For deliveries to Paya Lebar Quarter, similar security protocols apply, and the recipient or sender must coordinate with the building management’s security office to arrange for necessary paperwork and clearance. In the event of clearance issues causing non-delivery, boxgift.com.sg will not be held any responsibilities. Redelivery, if required, will incur an additional fee of $20 subject to prevailing GST, and the timing will be contingent on our drivers’ availability.

  • Substitution 

If any flower, container, packaging material, or hamper item is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetics are maintained. This substitution will be made without prior notice to ensure your order arrives on time. Contact us at support@boxgift.com.sg or (65) 8849 8011 for queries. 

  • Order Cancellation

Cancellation Fee: 50% if made less than 48 hours before delivery.

Next-Day Cancellation: Full purchase amount forfeited.

Cake Orders: Strict no-cancellation or refund policy.

Submit cancellation requests to support@boxgift.com.sg or (65) 8849 8011.

  • Returns & Refunds

Contact us at (65) 8849 8011 or support@boxgift.com.sg within 24 hours for flowers and non-perishables. Please provide photos with your refund request for our review. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once approved. Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money.

  • Security & Privacy

Our commitment is to safeguard your personal information. We collect, use, and protect personal data for order fulfilment, communication, and improvement. Secure payment processes and encryption ensure privacy.

  • Alcohol-related Items

For deliveries involving alcoholic drinks, recipients must be 18 or older with valid identification. boxgift.com.sg reserves the right to refuse delivery and impose redelivery fees. If legal requirements for item delivery are not met, boxgift.com.sg reserves the right to cancel the alcohol-related portion of your order.
